These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Locac.io platform, an online service that enables property owners to create a vacation rental website and manage bookings directly.

Using the service constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use Locac.io.

Locac.io is a SaaS platform offering:

• Creation and customisation of a vacation rental website.

• A calendar and direct booking management system.

• Secure payment tools via Stripe.

• Marketing and SEO tools.

Locac.io is not a marketplace connecting owners and travellers. Locac.io provides technical tools; contractual rental relationships are established directly between the owner and their guests.

An account is required to access the service. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity on your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Locac.io reserves the right to suspend or delete any account used fraudulently or in breach of these Terms.

Access to the service requires a monthly subscription (Basic, Multi or Variable). Prices are shown inclusive of tax on the Pricing page.

Payments are processed by Stripe. In case of non-payment, Locac.io reserves the right to suspend service access.

Transaction fees on your guest bookings are managed by Stripe and are not included in the Locac.io subscription.

A 14-day free trial is available on each plan, with no commitment and no credit card required.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods, except in case of service failure on our part.

You agree to use the service in compliance with applicable laws, not use it for illegal or fraudulent purposes, respect Locac.io's intellectual property, and comply with all tax and reporting obligations related to your rental activity.

You are solely responsible for complying with vacation rental regulations in your country (local authority registration, tourist tax, local rules, etc.).

The Locac.io platform, its source code, design and content are the exclusive property of Locac.io and protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior written authorisation.

Content you publish on your site (texts, photos) remains your property. You grant Locac.io a non-exclusive licence to display it as part of the service.

Locac.io commits to 99% service availability excluding planned maintenance. In case of downtime, Locac.io's liability is limited to a pro-rated refund of the subscription period affected.

Locac.io is not liable for relationships between owners and their guests, or for disputes arising from direct bookings or payments.

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall seek an amicable resolution. Failing that, French courts shall have jurisdiction.

Locac.io reserves the right to modify these Terms. Users will be notified of any material change by email 30 days before it takes effect. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
